Oats are a cereal with interesting beneficial properties for our health. It is, like millet, gluten-free and is therefore particularly suitable in all those cases in which intolerances to this element are found. It is very rich in fiber and therefore able to guarantee constant intestinal regularity (thus promoting the expulsion of waste products from our body). It is rich in B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6) which give it protective properties on our nervous system, on the metabolic activity of our body and on the health of the cardiovascular system. It also contains mineral salts in fair quantities (calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, phosphorus etc.) which make it an excellent tonic for our nervous system, skeletal system and teeth, of the cardiovascular system as a whole. It is therefore recommended to consume this precious cereal constantly also associated with other cereals with similar properties (barley, millet, rye etc.)
